Beer Can Chicken. SUYA GOLD CHICKEN SPICE RUB

1 free-range whole chicken
SUYA GOLD FIRE SPICE RUB (optional if you like it HOT!)
Olive oil
Salt
Can of beer
 
Rub the chicken with a small amount of olive oil, rub all over with a generous amount of Suya Gold -CHICKEN SPICE RUB, and if you like it hot, some Suya Gold -FIRE  SPICE RUB
Place a beer can holder in a cast iron dish and insert the can into the chicken cavity, drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Bake for about 45 mins at 200 degrees c, best to cook in a hooded BBQ.
